Abstract
The managerial skills that must be possessed by MSME are basic abilities in carrying out governance and business administration. If governance and management have been implemented well, then the next managerial skills that must be possessed are marketing management, financial management, human resource management and production management (4). Many studies have found that there are still many MSME actors who are not able to implement good governance and business management. So it is very important to provide managerial training for MSMEs to increase knowledge and capacity for MSME actors, especially in managing business management (5). Furthermore, as a bridge in expanding business networks which can ultimately increase the competitiveness of MSMEs.
