Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the main role in the current economic transition and are also part of the driving force of Indonesia's economy. The focus of service objectives is in accordance with thematic fields and RIRN, namely the fields of socio-arts, culture and education related to research topics, namely entrepreneurship, MSMEs in terms of strengthening the capacity of MSMEs to increase income from MSMEs themselves. The group to be empowered is the productive group. This Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) offers a community activity program as a solution to existing problems in the form of socialization and training to all employees in overcoming business risks that occur and anticipating the risks that will occur to increase business income. This PKM activity provides solutions to overcome business risk problems that will be directly matched and answered with the needs of the business. In addition, this activity is also a downstream research/research on strategic management accounting in improving business performance. CV Jabal Rahmat employees know and understand the types of risks that occur in business, so that the employees of each division will be able to take preventive actions related to the business risks that will occur. In addition, all employees of CV Jabal Rahmat have a high commitment to every responsibility carried out and have a high commitment also in increasing the business income.
