Socialization Of The Use Of Multiple Class Learning Models At The Darussalam Ardagusema College Foundation
Abstract
Multigrade learning is one of our alternatives as teachers when there are teachers or classes that cannot meet the number of teachers or the number of classes according to our needs, so that teachers can still carry out learning optimally, even though they have limitations. Based on this, the aim of this community service activity is to help teachers to resolve problems regarding teachers who are unable to attend, namely by using the Multi-Class Learning model. A learning model is a framework that provides a systematic description for implementing learning to help student learning maximize the goals to be achieved. This service uses lecture and demonstration methods in its implementation, the results of this service increase teachers' understanding in understanding the Multigrade Learning Model as seen in the Pre-test activities of teachers' understanding of PKR, 30% don't really understand, 50% don't understand and 20 understand enough. After socialization, teacher understanding of the PKR model increased to 70% Very understand and 30% understand.
