Socialization of Educator Detection of Children's Growth and Development in Tabarak Kindergarten, Delitua District
Abstract
Abstract: The purpose of the community service activity is to assist educators at Tabarak Kindergarten in conducting growth and development assessments for children. The goal is for this activity to enhance the educators' skills in systematically recording and evaluating children's growth and development, enabling them to identify whether the children’s growth and development are normal or require special intervention, thus facilitating early detection. This community service was carried out using methods such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations. The outcome of the service was an increased understanding among teachers in performing growth and development assessments. It was found that 80% of the educators engaged by asking questions, answering questions, and providing feedback during the discussion process.
