E-Module Improvement Training Using EXE-LEARNING
Abstract
The community service project aims to improve the skills of local educators through targeted training programs. The project focuses on introducing modern teaching techniques and multimedia tools to enhance teacher competencies and student engagement. The study uses a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with participating educators. The training sessions consist of interactive workshops that emphasize the use of multimedia learning tools. Data collection includes pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate effectiveness and feedback from participants about their learning experiences. Initial findings show a significant improvement in educators' confidence and skills in using multimedia resources for teaching. Pre-training assessments revealed a baseline competency score of 45%, which increased to 85% post-training. Participant feedback also indicates a positive change in teaching methodologies, with 90% reporting increased student engagement. The project demonstrates that structured training can significantly improve educators' abilities to implement interactive teaching methods. Continued support and follow-up training sessions are recommended to sustain these improvements. This initiative can serve as a model for future educational interventions aimed at raising teaching standards in similar contexts. These insights emphasize the importance of investing in teacher development to create a more engaging and effective learning environment for students.
