Making Fruit Juice Effervescent Powder Drinks As Antioxidants In Sidomulyo Village, Blue-Biru Sub-District, Deli Serdang District, North Sumatra

Abstract

Sidomulyo Village located in Biru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency is bordered by East Old Deli Village in the north and Candirejo Village in the south, while in the east it is bordered by Lantasan Lama Village and in the west it is bordered by Kuta Tua Village. The majority of Sidomulyo Village residents who are active and have secondary education and middle economy and the majority of housewives with daily freelance labor and farmer income certainly have several problems including insufficient income, secondary education allows to increase their skills and agricultural land, plantations and livestock need to be used more. Pkm activities are carried out to overcome partner problems that occur in the form of finding additional income alternatives to help overcome family economic problems. The activities carried out are extension workers and practice the processing process to the packaging of tomato pollen effervescent drinks. Community service activities went well and the input of participants was desired for further training
