Crucial factors that influence the success of SMEs in Digital Tranformation Era In USIM Alamiyyah
Abstract
This Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) offers a community activity program in the form of socialization about “Crucial factors that influence the success of SMEs” for the continuous empowerment of the GenZ generation to broaden their horizons and help Indonesian students who are members of the USIM Alamiyyah organization. The implementation method carried out in this activity program is planning, implementation, and sustainability. This activity involves lecturers from accounting and management study programs as a form of collaboration. The participating lecturers consisted of 3 lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business study program, University of Medan Area, 1 lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Economics and Muamalat, University of Islamic Science Malaysia and 2 students. Lecturers carry out tasks to assist partners in providing mentoring knowledge about financial literacy and technological literacy. The results of this community service show that the interest of students participating in the service from Indonesia who are members of the USIM Alamiyyah organization to practice financial literacy and technology literacy. USIM Alamiyyah organization to practice this community service activity successfully and understand about Crucial factors that influence the success of SMEs with sustainable empowerment.
